ACTION
Stops and retards bleeding
Treats various kinds of bleeding such as hematemesis, hemoptysis, epistaxis, hemafecia, metrorrhagia et.
Clears away toxic material and kills parasites
Cures skin infection, hemorrhoids, diarrhoea, dysentery and malaria. Commonly used for bacterial food poisoning and trichomonas vaginitis (external use of concentrated decoction).
Usage and Dosage
10-15 g or up to 30-60 g is used in decoction for oral use.
The pounded or decocted herb can be used externally.
It can be boiled, made into paste with honey, and can be consumed or used externally.
Storage
Keep in a dry and well-ventilated place.
