Ingredients
Lily bulb (fresh) 100g, dried 20 – 30g, skullcap root 10g, honey 20g.
Preparation
1.Rinse and slice the skullcap, and decoct it with water for 30 minutes. Strain out the dregs.
2.Rinse the lily bulb and place in a pot with a suitable amount of water. Bring it to a rolling boil, then lower the heat and simmer gently until the lily bulb becomes tender.
3.Add the decocted liquid and boil over a strong fire for a short amount of time, then remove from the heat. Add the honey while still warm and mix thoroughly.
