Forsythia and Sterculia Soup

Effects
Dispels wind and heat, soothes the throat and larynx. It is recommended for sufferers of wind-heat tonsilitis.

Ingredients
Honeysuckle flower 9g, forsythia fruit 9g, sterculia seed 6, rock sugar to taste.

Preparation
1.Decoct the honeysuckle flower and forsythia fruit with 300ml of water to obtain approximately 200ml of liquid.

2.Add the sterculia seeds, cover and stew for 10 minutes, or remove from the fire and steep for 30 minutes. Add rock sugar to taste and serve.
